Brief Description:  Trin cabin cover

Trimmed cabin cover so it would almost fit down in place. Put baggage compatment wall in to hold rear bulkhead in place. Marked cabin cover at rear. Trimmed.

Every time in an out, the aluminum on the sides of the door frames rubs on the glass and marks the high spots very clearly. After three tries, it just slides down in place as I let off on the winch.

Got it down and in the right place, except at the rear where it is about 1/8 - 3/16 high. Also the sides don't go down far enough. So marked it for "final" trim. About 1/8" has to come off almost everything that has been worked on!!! It is easy to take off 1/4 with a Fein tool, but 1/8 is a pain.

For some reason, this glass/epoxy mix stinks when cut or sanded. I have never smelled any fiberglass or epoxy like it, and I have worked with about everything.
