Brief Description:  Brake lines, pushrods, flap drive

Installed brake lines. Saw on the Vans Forum about drilling the plastic with a #29 rather than heating it up in boiling water. Works great, just be sure to blow the line out before installing. Completed brake lines and reservoir. Don't know if I love the plastic yet, may take it out and put in braided teflon later.

Installed pushrods and hooked up to stick. Mounted Dynon servo attachment to the rear belcrank bracket.

Drilled all the holes in the flap steel pipe/fittings. Quite a job. I don't like using #12 for this type of joint, so I drilled with #14 and then reamed out with a 3/16 reamer. Same for 1/4" holes, #C and then reamer. Trimed teflon blocks and installed loosely.
