Pretty straightforward today, all parts are prepped and the the HS404s notched to fit around HS710 and HS714. The nibbler was a godsend here and made light work of the job.
HS710 and HS714 assembled prior to countersingking and dimpling. To get a good fit prior to drilling, used a couple of C-clamps to pull the whole thing together. Both drilled and then disassembled for countersingking.
HS405 married up, drilled and clecoed in place. Plans talk about care with edge distance, didn't have a problem.
