De-burred all the HS ribs, best thing I find is a smooth file and finish off with emery, although that is rarely needed. Rib flanges then checked for square using the T-square (pic 1) and seaming pliers to do the bending. Flanges then fluted and the rib web checked for flat against a straight edge (pic 2), checked latitudinally as well to ensure they are not twisted. All done (pic 3), very therapeutic, sort of kob you can do in front of the TV!! All the tools used/reguired shown in pic 3.
