Brief Description:  Wings

Worked for quite a while on simple tasks on the wings.

I marked the laydown areas for the rib tapes...what a pain in the ass! I thought I'd put a T-square against the trailing edge and mark them all that way...nope. It turns out I had crooked tapes marks when I did that. What I ended up doing was to mark the first one that way and just be very careful about it. Then I measured the distance between the tape marks on the trailing edge (as defined by the ribs themselves) and then make the measurement the same towards the leading edge. The crooked ribs also kicked my ass. I had to offset some of the tapes so that the tape would cover the rib entirely from front to back. Additionally I had to put one three inch tape on the right wing, so I will match it on the left wing for symmetry. I will also match it on the bottom of the wing, again for symmetry. Luckily that rib was in the center of the wing!

I also did all the final shrinking on the bottom of the wings. Boy, those wings are drum tight!
