Had to redo the screws that hold the lower sub-panel in place. The 'dent' in the nutplate was too much and the torque of the screw tore one nutplate loose. I countersunk both sides, mixed up some new epoxy and fixed it. I will let the epoxy dry longer next time. It seems to really harden up around day two or three.
I called BMA today to get an RMA for the EFIS Lite. Greg is supposed to call me back tomorrow morning.
I cut out the rear windows this evening. They look really good. I know the manual suggested waiting, but I need to repair the upper portion of the turtle deck and I needed to get into the fuel tank fittings. I cut away the fuel fill neck and will replace it with a longer one that will reach to the fuel fill cap. I hope I don't regret moving the fill cap that far aft.
