Brief Description:  More wiring

Worked hard on getting the panel to a more complete state today. Efforts included finishing the wiring on the radio. Basically all the radio wiring is in place with the exception of the radio antenna. I was able to hook up the antenna pigtail for the removeable panel. I'll work on that when I remove the baggage compartment panels. I finished running the mic and headphone leads to teh baggage compartment and can now talk with the intercom in the airplane. Seems almost magical to do something I've done a thousand plus times in other planes.

I finished the wiring on both stick grips, now all functions work on the grips with the exception of the IFF ident button....and that's just becuase the last thing I did was to physically install the txpdr harness and I've not gone about hooking it up yet. The previous issue with the grips was the fact that I had power going to everything rather than ground going to some things and power others. The things that needed ground were the IFF ident, transmit and the intercom. Power was needed to the flaps, trim, and engine start capabilities.

I got some of the wiring bundled yesterday and then I realized the futility of that at this point. I have to get all the pieces and parts (to include GPS antennas, etc) installed before I start bundling.

I also was able to hook up the stereo dimmer to the other side of the rheostat so it should dim now instead of getting brighter.

Finally, I removed the EFIS in preperation to send it back. I'm a little frustrated that I've had to send it in twice and it has yet to fly. I'm hoping this isn't a trend item.
