Brief Description:  Match drilling, dimpling, inspection platenuts etc

Completed match drilling, deburiing al holes, dimpling, and installation of nutplates and inspection plates today.

Worked yesterday and today racking up some impressive time on this task.

Deburred each and every hole match drilled as I feel this make a more secure and solid rivet when the AN426 is installed. Ofen wonder if not done would vibration over a long time cause cracks along shank of rivet.

Got caught up in finding nutplates, this was remedied by realizing that I had dumped one bag of the nutplates into a plastic container so hence no worries as the ones I used came out to the correct number needed to do the inspeciton plates. As one member stated it really is essential that a builder takes the hardware out of bags and correctly labels it into anything handy for storage and later use as sure enough it will have you scratching your head later as to where those parts went and when you find them are they the correct ones?

Time to build on!
