Brief Description:  Elevator hinges and counterweight assembly prep

Used the bandsaw to separate the E-00001 A and B hinge doublers. Then used the scotchbrite wheel on the bench grinder to remove the flashing / tabs. Also used the grinder to radius the face of both outboard E-00001 doublers so that they will sit flush against the E-702 spar web. Cleco'd E-610PP and E-611PP reinforcement plates and hinge doublers to the E-702 spars. After checking for proper fit and making appropriate witness marks with sharpie, drilled #30 all relevant holes. Checked the E-703 end ribs and E-704 counter balance ribs for alignment. Ran the edges of the flanches along the bench grinder scotchbrite wheel to smooth them out. Cleco'd E-703 and E-704 together and drilles to #30. Then cleco'd to E-702 spars and drilled to #30. Removed the ribs from the spars and deburred. Cleco'd one side of E-713 counterweight skin to E-703/E-704 rib assembly. Then placed E-714 counterweight at the end of the rib assembly as shown on DWG. Cleco'd the other side of the counterweight skin to the rib assembly. Began drilling holes in leading edge of assembly but broke the drill bit and had to order more.
