Brief Description: Completed the horizontal stabilizer
Riveted the HS-706, HS-00005 and HS-00006 to HS-801PP on both sides. Blind riveted read spar to HS-708 center rib on both sides. Reviewed all visible joints. Horizontal stabilizer is completed. Wrapped the stabilizer for long term storage and stored the assembly on the hanging shelf.
