Brief Description: Cutout for Elevator Horn Doubler
I carefully located the centers for the #20 relief holes for each of the corners. I first drilled with a 1/32 pilot drill. I also drilled a hole in the center of the cutout so I could ream a hole (using tapered reamer) for a nibbling tool.
As it turned out, I didn't need to use a nibbling tool because the large center hole allowed me to use shears. I finished the cutouts with a file.
