Started bottom of left wing cleaned up all ribs for bottom and top with small 8mm mill bastard ,rat tail and a grinding wheel to buff ends clean of all burs. Drilled 1/8th holes for all rivets on inboard bottom box. The wing tip is a bit of a mystery in that we don't know wether the end rib goes on the spar extentions or on the spars themselves. unlike other long wings the clipped wing outboard rib is at an angle. We will have to e-mail the Factory for clarification of where this rib is attached. We cleaned up all the drilled holes with a deburring tap and clecoed all the ribs and in-board bottom box in place for final inspection. We will Rivet on Monday night. So far everthing looks OK we did have a minor problem with the in-board box at the trailing edge. It was cut out a little too much and didn't allow us to get a rivit into the end of the rib below.
