First order of Business was to level the Fuse across the longerons. (fig 1) once that was done leveling the Horz stab than taping it into the level possition so that the struts could be possitioned and then the outer most hole drilled and clecoed. I noticed that when the Stab is bolted into the small ronny brackets the inside open ends of the spars get stuck on the bolts holding the rony brackets on the longerons. So I took a 1/2 inch bit in a drill press and drilled a half moon cutout on the inside edges of the Horz Stabs spars to allow for the stabs to be lifted and stored in the up possition if need be.
