Once we read the direction and laid out the door parts it went together real easy. The trick is to build it on the plane. I choose to use 3 inch spacing for the rivets. Each door has six gussets and every one is specific to it location. so if you are going to drill and clecoe, and then take it appart to clean it up. Make sure you mark each tube and gusset where you can clean it off once back together. Reading all the horror stories on Flychallenger about door building I was a bit nervoius about doing this part of the build. It wasn't all that hard. and it came out great so far. I still have to put on the rear door flaps as I call them. Wait till you see this new design. too hard to explane you'll just have to wait to see it.
