Today we started off by finishing edges on all parts of the right flap. We then used a scotchbrite pad to roughen all edges and skin rivet lines where we will spray primer. Then we dimpled all parts L & R flaps using a combo of the C-Frame, air squeezer, hand squeezer, and the vice grip dimple squeezer. We then pulled the remaining wires in the wings...as follows:
--3 x 20 AWG wires in each wing. 1 nav, 1 strobe, and 1 wingtip landing light. --1 x 18 AWG wire for the stall warner.
I also cleaned and primed the end ribs of the flap that holds the reinforcement plates and brackets. Primed the plates and brackets as well.
