Brief Description: Left Wing Tank To Spar & Sender Wiring
Today I started off by removing the left wing fuel tank so I could access the fuel sender terminal screw. This is the tank that has the flop tube installed so the fuel sender is mounted to the tank baffle. So I then cut an 8 foot length of 22 AWG wire, stripped it, then crimped a round terminal to it. I then drilled holes in the 2 inboard z-brackets to accept a small rubber grommet for each hole. I then routed the 22 AWG fuel sender wire thru the grommets, screwed the terminal tight on the back of the sender/baffle, and rolled and taped up the extra wiring to the outside of the tank. I then re-mounted the left tank to the wing spar, installed all screws and z-bracket bolts, torqued them to 25 pound/inches, then used orange torque seal on all bolts. Did the same torquing and sealing to the right fuel tank.
At this point, both wing leading edges are complete!!
I will install the 20 AWG wires for the wingtip nav and strobe lights and pick up work on ailerons.

Torqued all z-bracket bolts to 25 lb/inches and applied torque seal(not shown)
