Brief Description:  Pitot Tube, Prime Ribs, and Stall Warning Assy.

Today I started off by doing more research into drilling the hole for the pitot tube which gets installed underneath the left wing. After finally deciding the exact install point, I used a punch to center the drill spot. I then used several drill bits from small to the final bit size of 7/16". This is the size of the blue pitot tube piping union. After drilling the hole to final size, I used the scotchbrite wheel to smoothen out the holes both on the skin and the wing spar. I then did a test fit of the Union and primed the hole area with self etching primer. All good. I then primed the L & R LE wing assy rib flanges. I assembled the stall warning kit and clecoed it into the left wing LE skin just to test out the fit and proper travel of the stall vane. Still have to do the electrical ground wire and route the power wire. Good fit and function.

Next session: finish stall warning electrical wiring, run conduit/pull string/power wire thru wing, cutout NACA vent port in right wing skin.
