Brief Description:  Riveting The Right Tank Inner Ribs

Today I started by removing the right tank baffle. I then prepared all of the tools for riveting and mixed up a batch of proseal. All rivets and surfaces were cleaned. I then started riveting the 5 bottom inner ribs on the right tank. I would remove 1 cleco, drill out semi-cured proseal, used tweezers to dip 1 rivet in proseal, insert rivet into cleared out hole, and buck the rivet....then repeat the same step. After I completed the 5 bottom inner ribs, I did same to top of ribs but only had time to finish 3 ribs. I will get the remaining 2 tomorrow. I used the remaining proseal to cover the rows of rivets on the ribs already riveted. The R1 and R7 outer ribs will be the last to proseal and rivet once inner ribs are complete and vent lines inserted. I re-clecoed the baffle back onto the right tank until tomorrow's work session.
