Brief Description:  Fly-Cutter, Platenuts On Tank Access Plates

First we used the flycutter to cut out both left and right tank rib circles for the access plates. Then we worked on both tank rings...finishing edges, deburring, countersinking, and installing platenuts. We also bucked the last 6 platenut rivets onto the wing spar where z-brackets R1 and L1 are installed.
