Today I started off by drilling the nav/strobe light holes. Three #40 holed for mounting and one 1/4" hole per light for the wires to exit thru the bottom of the light.
I then used some of the .032 aluminum sheet stock to measure/trace the leading edge camber for the landing light reflective/mounting plates for the landing light mounts. I used Wiss pliers to cut the plates out. Finished them out on the Scotchbrite wheel.
