I have removed sludge tubes by making a suitable homemade drive-out tool. After clean-up, I measured both the main and rod journals. They seem to be right on as far a "Standard" is concerned. I haven't decided if I'm going to accept this as passing, and fabricate a tool to drive the new sludge tubes back in or not. I continue to read and study that issue. If I decide to keep this cramk as is, I will get it magnifluxed and have the journals polished. I will right more about the oil passages, plgs etc for the possible use of a constant speed prop.
