After a couple days of bad weather I was able to move the plane out of the barn and do the first engine start. Engine started instantly without choke. However the tach was reading off. I finally decided that the tach was reading one half of actual engine speed.
I'm going to have to contact UMA.
Since the tach wasn't reading correctly we couldn't check the prop pitch and the hobbs meter wasn't working so while I think we only ran the engine about 0,1 hours we don't really know.
