I started trimming the window and door at the center bowed tube to clear each other and still have a tight fit. It seem like when I think it ok I find anotherl spot where door and window Lexan overlap. The problem is you are trying to hold them in place along the curved tube but don't have access to clamp them and don't have the holes drilled yet to cleco in place due to needing to use the aluminum retainer strip to locate the holes and the overlap needs to be eliminated before doing this. Still not happy with the fit.
Did rivet the interior trim strip in place on Passenger door.
