After bending the first fitting to wrap around the fuselage it needed to be split almost completely thru to bend it in the second plane since the fuselage begins to narrow at this station. You can see this weld seam in the photo.
I also need to machine a spacer to hold the tabs that would be welded to the basic fitting to attach the Kitfox swivel fitting to.
