Finish the disassembly of the floats from dry assembly and punch access panels using 4 inch hole punch. Since this is a punch for pipe it actually results in hole approximately 4 1/4" and the deck plates fit. The holes will need to lightly radiused or flanged to clear a fillet on the deck plates. The deckplates will also need to be trimmed to not overhang the edge of the walkway.
