It took a lot of time and work, but I was finally able to cut keys for woordruf keys into the axle bolts for the rear wheels. This key engages in the disk brake caliper and into the axle mounting tube to ensure that the inside of the brake system does not rotate (the outside portion, the disk, is free to rotate with the wheel).
