I made dinner tonight, so I did not get started until almost 9:00 p.m. I started to cleco the right elevator together. The manual is very vague at this point, so I must use my head on these parts to make sure I don't miss any steps. The instructions had me riveting a rib on to the spar at the beginning stage. I clecoed instead and will rivet this after all parts are primed. I will continue to assemble the left elevator and them deburr & dimple all parts. I want to do only one more priming session on the empennage, so I will have all part ready.
