Today I devoted the entire day to deburring and dimpling and countersinking the left flap parts.... When you do a project like this, you end up using a lot of 'jigs' to help hold a part in the right position to perform a task. The more you do, the easier it gets to figure out how to create a simple jig. If you put your mind to a problem, you will be suprised at how resourceful you can be and how practicle your solutions are. It it VERY satifying.....
