Tonight I cut out the aileron skin stiffeners. I used the tin snips for the rough shape, then the sanding belt/wheel to get the parts to the lines. I then finished up with the scotch-brite wheel. They all look good! These are pretty much like the stiffeners used on the empenage.
All 28 aileron skin stiffeners ready for match drilling.....
