Brief Description:  Deburr & dimple wing frame

Today I began by cleaning up the shop......I then mixed up a little pro-seal and screwed on the cover plates and sender units on each tank. I twirled each screw in pro-seal. I also installed the drain valves on each tank (again with pro-seal). The tanks are now ready for the leak test. I will let the tank sealant cure for a couple more days....The next step was to deburr and dimple all of the ribs and spar holes. I still have to do a few more skins, but I will finish that later. I used the speed deburring hole to do the HUNDREDS of holes (both sides). I then used my favorite tool to dimple all of the ribs. I got almost all of dimples done on the left wing.
