Brief Description:  Deburring and Dimpling skins

I finished selectively removing the blue plastic from all the wing skins. There are 8 skins and 2 doublers for a total of 10 skins. All need to have the holes debured (both sides), the edges deburred, some corners ground down, and every hole dimpled. It will take a couple of days....After I deburred the top skins, I had to grind down the corner in order for the overlap areas to sit correctly where the skin meets the leading edge skins. I followed the plan sections to make sure I was grinding down the correct side of the skins. I used a file to get most of the shape, then sanded with a sanding block. I then cleaned the area with acetone to remove the sand paper residue. Next was dimpling the skins with my DRDT-2 dimpler. I can't say enough about how great this tool is. It's nice to be able to dimple holes quickly with no loud hammering noise! I got 3 skins done today! At that rate, I will done with the skins in no time.....
