Brief Description: Cleaned shop & cut tank stiffeners
Tonite I decided to clean up the shop and put away the pile of tools that I've been using....I also set up a larger table/desk for reviewing plans. I can fit the full size plans AND the manual on this drafting table. I used the other smaller drafting table as a 'catch all' area. You need a nice area and a comfortable chair to sit and relax and figure out your next tasks......There is alot of thinking and mental planning involved in this building process. I continued on the fuel tanks. I got the tank stiffeners marked and cut. Cuts are easily made with the Weiss Snips. I will deburr them and match drill to the tanks when I finish the priming tomorrow....I plan on a long work session tomorrow, since I will have all day and no interuptions.....I hope.
The plans show how to cut the tank stiffeners. One stiffener is a little shorter than the rest.
