I spent another 8 hours today finishing up the inventory. After doing the small parts, I ended up only missing a few more screws and washers. I began working on the firewall. I love looking at these plans and almost being overwhelmed...but as you study it and beging the assembly, the plan becomes very clear and easy to understand. I ended up working on the actual firewall for about 3 hours before I called it a day. I'm pooped...but very happy!!
All of the small parts are now in the parts bins for easy finding later.....
This bracked was fabricated from a piece of aluminum angle
Firewall parts all clecoed on and match drilled....next step - deburr and dimple.....
