Still working on the Glare Shield. Added channel pieces up against Firewall top. Made up instrument panel cross member and added support brackets. Not keen on Sonex' method of reforming premade channel to get required angles, it looks terrible. Some of the shorter pieces such as the firewall channel I made from scratch and bent it in my 18" bending brake. This will be a challange for final assembly once the fuel tank is in place. Plus the Instrument panel is supposed to be riveted in place, might change that.
