Brief Description:  Seat Rails and Seat

SECTION 49-3

Step 1 … When they arrive I will attach the Front Seat Belt Shoulder Harness to the C-1001 Cabin Cover with NAS517-5-9 tapered screw, bushing, AN960-516 washer and AN365-524 nut.

Step 2 … I found the set rails as they were shipped with a previous sub-kit and located the AN509-8R10 set of screws. Then I painted the 72 screws with a good quality flat-black paint to match the seat rails. Realizing that there is no step in the installation manual I installed the two F-1057L/R Mid-Seat Rail Supports to the WD-1021L/R PC Fwd Brace Mount Plate using AN4-6A screws and a 960 washer and 365 nuts. Then after installing the F-1067A Seat Floor L/R with AN515-8R8 screws I attached the Inboard and Outboard Seat Rails with the painted AN509-8R10 set of screws. I have to admit that fit of the screws were correct and the screw torque down nicely.
Step 3 … I test fit the seats by sliding then on to the Seat Rails and the fit was correct. You need to remove the Seat Adjustment T-Handle first and then replace after you decide on which side you would like the handle. I have selected the Outside Rail position for both the Seat Adjustment T-Handle and the Seat-Back Adjustment Lever.
Step 4 … Skipped this for now as I will be removing the seats and sending them to Abby at FlightLine to receive a nice tan Leather skin.
