Brief Description: Seat Belt Harness Screws and Bolts

SEATS AND SET BELTS SECTION 49-2 Step 1 .. I located the F-6114A Shoulder Harness Cables that were sent in a previous sub-kit. And attached to the back Empennage area of the F-636 Shoulder Harness Anchors using an AN4-&A bolt, AN960-416 washer and AN365-428 nut and torque to 50 inch pounds. I have yet to order the Van’s seat belts but the other end of F-6114A Shoulder Harness Cables will attach to the Rear passenger seat harness. Step 2 … I have ordered Van’s Front and Rear seat 4 point harness and have temp. installed the necessary hardware including the bushing I made with AT6-058X3/8 aluminum tubing. Step 3 … This has to do with attaching the crotch strap to the mount but I have yet to order this part. Step 4 … Same as step 2. Step 5 … Using a electronic drywall stud finder I carefully located the attachment points or the hard point for drilling a 5/16” hole for the Front Seat Belt Harness. I located a bore and managed to drill a counter sink for the tapered NAS517-5-9 flush head screw. Time about 2 hours.
