Brief Description: U-1013C-L/R Nose Wheel Fairing Brackets.
SECTION 48-17
Step 1 … I deburred and removed the alodine from the two U-1013C-L/R Nose Wheel Fairing Brackets. Painted with quality paint and marked with a felt tipped marker as described in figure 1. Step 2 and 3 … I located a spacer block from the Main Wheel Fairings and modified it to 7 / 8 inch and duct taped to the top of the wheel. After marking the U-1013C-L/R Nose Wheel Fairing Brackets I screwed them in place with a 3 / 8 – 24X 1- 3 /4 hex head screw through the U-1024 Standoff and into the WD-1030 Nose Wheel Fork. Then I slide the fiberglass U-1013B Wheel Fairing Rear into place and adjusted the bracket so as to have a perfect fit.
