SECTION 48-15 Nov. 10th 2010 Step 1 … I located the Front and Rear Wheel Fairings U-1013A and U1013B and trimmed so the two pieces fit tighter perfectly. Step 2 … Checked again that I was satisfied with the fitting of the tow parts and taped the fairing together and added a mark at the top for realignment purposes. Step 3 … Using felt tip marker I marked the area that I would be drilling with #40 size drill bit at around where the fairing joined. This is detailed in section A-A. Step 4 … Now I drilled the series of holes and clecoed as I went. Step 5 … I drew a vertical and horizontal center line on the tail of the U-1013B Wheel Fairing Rear. These markings are to be used for alignment purposes. Time, about 2 hours because I was working slow.
