Step 1, Continue test fitting the C-1001 Cabin Cover and mark any interference noticed, there were some area that need further trimming.
Step 2, Again remove the Cabin Cover and grind a sand to obtain a good fit on the Fuselage. Create four (4) notches and radius the corners as shown in figure 2, one at each corner of the C-1001 Cabin Cover where it meets the F-1015C Mid Cabin Deck. Sand the lower edges of the front Windscreen flanges so they fit flush against the F-1071 Forward Fuselage Skin as shown in figure 1 blowup.
Step 3, repeat step 2 until a snug fit is obtained.
