Step 1, I permanently fastened the C-1001 Cabin Cover Top to the Fuselage structure with the following hardware; AN509-10R-11 screw, AN509-8RE12 screw, AN960-10 and 8 washers and AN365-1032 nuts. At this time just torque to finger tight. Also see figure 1 and figure 2 on page 43-12. I apparently have used all the AN365-1032 nuts and most of the AN960-8 washers so I made a trip to Home Depot for a fresh supply to finish this step.
Step 2, Using epoxy filler with Cab-O-Sil and floxed epoxy I filled the gaps were seen as necessary between the C-1001 Cabin Crew Top and the Fuselage.
Step 3, Now I tightened the bolts and screws to 25 in/lbs of torque where necessary. Time about 2 hours.
