Step 1, leaving the the C-1001 Cabin Cover clecoed in place I clamped the F-1070 Mid Side Skins above the rear set vents as shown in figure 1.
Step 2, Using the long bit #30 I drilled seven 1/8” holes in both of the F-1005C Bulkhead Side Channels into the C-1001 Cabin Cover. The final drill theses seven holes to #12 size.
Step 3, I aligned the forward end of the Cabin Cover with the F-1015C Mid Cabin Decks and the F-1042 Bulkhead Side Channels and clamp as shown in figure 2.
Step 4, Using the same #30 long drill bit I Match-Drilled the five holes in both the F-1042 Bulkhead Side Channels into the C-1001 Cabin Cover. Final Drill these holes with a #12 drill bit.
