Step 1, I fabricated eight shims as shown in figure 1 Step 2, I fabricated two F-1001N Cowl Attach Hinges from the piano hinges supplied in the kit. Step 3, I fabricated two F-1001P Cowl Attach Hinges from the piano hinges supplied in the kit. Step 4, I fabricated two F-1001Q Cowl Attach Hinges from the piano hinges supplied in the kit. Time about 2 hours.
