SECTION 38 RUDDER PETALS & BRAKE SYSTEM, Page 38-3, Step 1 to 5

Step 1, I final drilled #12 all the bolt holes in the WD-1006-L/R Rudder Pedals.

Step 2, Attached the Brake Pedal Subassembly in to the WD-1006-R Rudder Pedals using the hardware called out for in figure 1.

Step 3, Attached the four master cylinders into the WD-1006-R Rudder Pedals. Referred to figure 2 for orientation and hardware to be used.

Step 4, Added the eight AN822-4D Elbows to the master cylinders. Clocking slightly inward the four elbows at the bottom.

Step 5, Skip this as I am using custom made stainless steel brake lines and not the Van’s supplied plastic lines. However I scuffed up the powered coat and primed the the WD-1006-L/R.

Time about 3 hours.
