SECTION 39 CONTROL SYSTEM, Page 39-6, Step 1 to 3 Step 1, I fabricated the F-1063C Spacer as described in figure 1. Step 2, Locate and cleco the two F-1063A Elevator Idler Arms, ,the F-1063C Spacer and the VA-146 Flange Bearing. R=Then final drill the #30 parts in common. Prime and rivet wirh nine AN470AD4-6 rivets as shown in figure2. Step 3, I bolted the F-1063A Elevator Idler Arms Assembly to the F-1063B Idler Arm Brackets as described in and using the hardware called out in figure 3. Time about 1.5 hours.
