Step 1, I located then cleoed the F-1081 Left Baggage Cover to the F-1034C-L Fuselage Bulkhead and the just installed F-1058 Hinge Frame.
Step 2, Match-Drilled all the #30, #40 and #19 holes in common.
Step 3, After satisfied with the drilling I removed the F-1081 Left Baggage Cover, deburred, removed the shinny alodine, cleaned with acetone and primed with DTM primer.
Step 4, I cut one layer of ½ inch Double Insulated thermal and sound protection insulation to fill the cavity between the Side Skin F-1070 and the F-1081 Left Baggage Cove. Placed using 3-M adhesive. After drying the part I began riveting the F-1081 Left Baggage Cover using the rivets called out for in figure 2.
