Step 1, I Match-Drilled #40 the nutplates attachment holes in all the nutplates found on the F-1006A, C, D Bulkhead and the F-1028 Baggage Bulkhead Channel as shown in figure 1.
Step 2, After deburring I dimpled the #40 holes for the nutplate attachment fittings. Then machine counter sunk the thick F-1027 Close Out panel and F1031 Upper Baggage Door Seal Channel.
Step 3, After adding a corresponding #40 dimple to both sides of the nutplates I riveted with AN426AD3-3.5 rivets the nutplates.
