Step 1, Happy with the completion of Attaching the Tailcone I clecoed the F-1024-R/L Seat Floor to the F-1005A Rear Spar Bulkhead and the five F-1017A-R/L Rear Seat Ribs and F-1018-R/L Outboard Rear Seat Ribs.
Step 2, Then I Match-Drilled #40 the 3/32” nutplate attachment rivet holes along the inboard edge of the F-1024 Seat Floor into the F-1017A Rear Seat Ribs.
Step 3, Final Drill #19 the screw holes in the F-1024 Seat Floors.
Step 4, Except for the back holes, Final-Drill #30 the 1/8” holes.
Step 5, I manufactured tow 16” lengths of AN257-P3 piano hinges to make the F-1013A-R/L Lower Seat Hinge Halves following information in figure 2.
Step 6, Final drill the half piano hinge F-1013A-R/L to the F-1022-R/L Baggage Floor as allowed in figure 2 and Match-Drill into the hinge using a 1/8” drill.
Step 7, Clecoed the F-1022A-L/R Baggage Floors in to the F-1006B Bulkhead and other necessary Ribs.
Step 8, Final Drilled #40 and deburr and then dimple the holes in the vertical flange to the F-1023B Baggage Floor Angles / Braces.
Step 9, Final-Drill #40 all the 3/32” holes along the inboard edge of the baggage floors common to the F-1019 Inboard Baggage Ribs.
Step 10, Final Drill #30 the holes common to the F-1023B Baggage Floor Angle and the F-1022A Baggage Floors. Also, I Final-Drilled the row of holes common to both baggage floors and the F-1034A Bulkheads and the row of holes along the edge of the F-1022A Baggage Floors common to the F-1024 Seat Floors.
Time about 2 hours.
