Section 31 UPPER FORWARD FUSELAGE ASSEMBLY... Page 31-10, Step 1 to 4. Step 1, I riveted the Instrument Panel Attach Flanges both F-1003C-L/R to the Top Skin. Step 2, I riveted the Instrument Panel Attach Flanges both F-1003D-L and F-1003E-R to the Top Skin. Step 3, I riveted the two Hand Holds Doublers F-1071B to the Top Skin. Step 4, After one more coat of DTM primer paint I installed the F-1003B Instrument Panel Lower Flange and F-1003 Instrument Panel to the assembly and placed the completed assembly in storage until later. Time about 2 hours because of painting.
