Brief Description: Section 26 Mid Fuselage Ribs and Bottom Skins. S

Section 26 Mid Fuselage Ribs and Bottom Skins. Steps 1 .. 7 . I located all the necessary parts to complete the assembly. Step 1, Created two reinforcing Angles F-1066C-L/R from one part as shown in figure 1. Step 2, clecoed the following parts together; F-1016D Seat Belt Attachment Bar, Reinforcing Angle, Seat Belt Anchor, SCAT Tubing Flange and the Guide Brackets as show in figure 2. Step3, Final drilled all the #40 nutplate attachment holes and Final drilled the Seat Belt Attachment Bar for the ¼ inch diameter bolt hole that will attach a nutplate. Final drilled the #19 nutplate holes, and final drilled all other necessary holes. Repeated for the Inboard Seat Rib Right sub-Assembly. Step 5 Disassembled the Right and Left Inboard Seat Rib sub-assembly. Deburred removed the sharper edges and the shinny anodizes coating, cleaned with acetone to insure that the primer would adhere properly. Then dimpled for #8 screw the upper #19 nutplate attachment holes. Step 7, riveted the Inboard Seat Rib sub-assembly as per description of figure 3.
