Brief Description: Section 9 Horizontal Elevator Sections 9-7

Final drilled with #30 and #40 drill the skins E-1001 T/B to the Spar E-1002 and Ribs E-1008. Then cleco and final drilled Counter Weights Assemblies E-903, E-904 and E-913 to the ribs, front spars and the skins. Also, added the WD-605 R/L Elevator Horns to the E-905 ribs and E-1007 rear spars on both elevators. And final drilled the F-1023 Trailing Edge to the Skins. Time for Section 9-6 and ½ Section 9-7 about 6 hours.
